Customer Service is Job #1

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

Stew Leonard (President of the Chain with the same name) shared with the Century 21 Family some of his firm beliefs on customer service and just why customers are so vitally important to any business. If you ever doubt this, ask yourself where your business might be without any customers.

Think about businesses that you frequent and why you do. Why do you use a particular dry cleaner? What restaurant do you frequent for special events? Why do you do business with these firms versus others out there?

Customers today demand fast, accurate and personal service. They need to know that you are the expert and can guide them through turbulent times. They need to know you care about them and that they are important to you. An email will never take the place of a handshake. A phone call will never take the place of a knock on the door.

Think about your business. What is your belief about customers? How do your customers know that you really cherish them? How do you treate a customer that is not ready to buy today?

That's my life blood if I didnt ensure customer service 24/7 to my clients I think I would be one of those agents crying that I have no business.

Craig,

You gave us the idea for the Hodara Real Estate Group Discount Card, which we have designed and created! We have connections to about 10 local businesses so far.  We are getting referrals from these businesses and using this card as a tool to help us close.  Sometimes going a little above and beyond for your clients is what seals the deal.
