Matthew Rathbun is the Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Elite in Spotsylvania, VA.  After spending many years as a high producing REALTOR®, Matthew joined the leadership team at Coldwell Banker Elite and is now responsible for company operations, staff and agent development. Matthew serves on a number of local, state and national committees that promote the development of real estate agents and their resources.  As a national instructor Matthew has coached and instructed countless real estate agents and brings that experience to our Associates at Coldwell Banker Elite. Matthew has been awarded the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Instructor of the Year and the Fredericksburg Area Associations of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year, President's Award, Code of Ethics Aware and the Honor "Role" award each year from 2007 to current. He is an alumnus of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
