YES, we closed yesterday. From the moment the other agent walked it we had to hear all her personal business and what a hard day she had. We had to listen to how good her husband is at her business, that her grandfather doesn't want to take his medication, how they are suing a restaurant because her grandfather fell there, etc.... Is this a closing???? Not matter how hard any of us tried, she always managed to bring the subject back to herself and her family. When she left, my client looked at me and said "Now I understand why it took so long to get any answers from her".
At any rate, we did finally close and my client is extremely happy. That's what it's all about.
