Believe it or not, in this time when all we hear about is bad news, I would like to report that Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes just reported it's best month ever. We sold 21 homes in the month of May. I know it is a little hard to toot your horn when the whole country is experiencing bad times, but sometimes good news can benefit others.
One of the reasons we had such a great month is because we have smart sized our new plans and people are responding to the new pricing and sizing. Under 3000 square feet and starting under $300K seems to be the targeted price. Although we sold high end product too, the real meat in the sales were priced in and around $300K.
Let's keep the momentum going. We offer exceptional service, quality custom craftsmanship and lead with a lineup of fine quality homes starting in the $300K range.
