I like this Blog!
I love AR and I love Twitter!
I've been driving a lot of traffic to my blogs and websites via Twitter.
I've also promoted lots of my listings with a simple click using RealBird.com. (I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE RealBird!!!) Stay tuned for an upcoming blog on that little trick.

Mirela, this sounds too easy. I'm checking it out. Thanks for the information.
Mirela - Great blog and simple tip. I have heard a lot about Realbird and need to learn more. I have read some blogs though that strongly recommend not setting up those status updates from Twitter to Facebook saying that you may not be engaging people enough. I have mixed feeling about it as some of our tweets have generated activity on facebook. Will be interested to see what others say too !
Hannah: Now you can put your Facebook on automatic pilot. You're welcome!
Hi Mirela,
I also have my AR blogs go directly to Twitter and Facebook. I limit what I tweet. Other than the blog posts, I send updates of market statistics. Because it's just a link that shows up on Facebook, of no one wants to read it, it is not a problem. I use Facebook for personal use only. Friends, family and clients.
Kay: IT IS!
Christopher and Stephanie: Yes, I am curious about that also. When I was doing 60 Tweets a day (yes, I know, I was very, very sick!!!), I had some people "un-friend" me, but I've got my Tweeting under control now (under 20 per day, and typically under a dozen) and it actually works well now. I receive plenty of comments to my automatically fed, dare I say, Tweets. No one seems to mind, the links work well and they all put up with the hash tags and @'s.
Jenny: Never underestimate the power of promotion your Friends have. Facebook can help you quite a bit. Perhaps make a second Facebook account for business purposes (I have two Twitter accounts and two Facebook accounts. The business Twitter feeds my Business Facebook and the personal one feeds my personal Facebook. Twitter: MirelaMonte and MyrtleBeachDigs and www.Facebook.com/Mirela.Monte and www.Facebook.com/MyrtleBeachHomes ).
Twitter, when used correctly, can be an extraordinary asset, driving traffic to your blogs, websites and spreading your presence all over the Internet. In order to that to occur, the Tweets have to be interesting, beneficial or illuminating in some way. I use Bit.ly to quantify the traffic Twitter creates, thus, I can say without any reservation that:
TWITTER WORKS!
Stay tuned for some upcoming blogs on the subject!
If I ever get all this figured out, I'll just hve to say: a little bird told me. Actually it was big and bright blue.
Thanks.
p.s. Your avatar in pink wears me out just to look at her. I wonder if I could take off a few pounds just by watching her longer.
Mirela, Thanks for the information. It is all so time consuming and we have so much going on in other areas of our life that I couldn't imagine taking on anything else. I will certainly check this out as this might help get a good presence in each of the venues that seem to be "standard" anymore.
Thanks for the info; anything to keep it simple! :) I'll definitely check it out.
I don't like to link my FB with my Twitter. I keep Plaxo for biz, Twitter for a little of everything and FB mostly (not all) friends. I've been trying to limit the biz contacts on FB.
