DeFeo is an eleven-year resident of Ridgewood. She has years of successful real estate experience in Northern New Jersey working both in sales and office administration.
Having lived in several Ridgewood neighborhoods gives Nancy a unique perspective that she shares freely with her customers. In addition, raising her family in Ridgewood, with her two oldest sons graduating Ridgewood High School and her youngest currently at Ridge, gives Nancy personal knowledge of the Ridgewood school system that is so important to prospective buyers.
DeFeo enjoys the low key environment at Marron Gildea & Donohue. She says the other agents and management are extremely supportive and positive but they are never over-bearing and they never pressure her.
