Attention All AGENTS!!! Seeing is Selling...Get more photos on your site!

Real Estate Agent with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors

I can't believe what I (don't) see sometimes.

There is absolutely NOTHING, but nothing more infuriating that real estate agents who do not post ANY photos of their properties on the MLS...AT ALL! I mean , what's up with this? This is unacceptable and inexcusable. There isn't a seller out there right now who doen't want their listing exposed to the entire Milky Way Galaxy.

I don't care what the condition of the property is. Even if its a drive-by pigeon cage of a vacant unoccuopied shell waiting to fall down, YOU NEED PHOTOS!

Cameras are inexpensive, the photos take almost no time. Oh, don't have the keys? Can't get access due to uncooperative tenants? Don't have confidence in your professional skills?

No EXCUSE! ASk a friend for help. Hire a pro. There's ALWAYS something to photograph.

Shoot the front! Shoot the back! Shoot the street! Shoot the neighborhood!...ANYthing to show that you at least care about selling the listing for your client. TReND/MLS in the Philly metro area allows 12 photos for each listing, and other web portals allow even more...get them up there!

When I see no photos on an MLS property listing, to me, that's the paragon of sloth and an unprofessionalism that is abhorent, especially in a market from hell where sellers and buyer agents are desperate to sell and buyers are ravenous for good deals among overripe inventory.

Come on, agents, business is bad enough all over out there, and there's no end in sight. At least for this year. Do the right thing. Do your part to market your propertries so we can all get this stuff sold and not waste anyone's valuable time in the process.

Thank you all in advance for your cooeration.
