There are currently 5580 properties for sale in Prince George's County. An additional 991 properties are under contract.

Last week, there were 5461 properties for sale in Prince George's County. An additional 1125 properties are under contract.

This is an increase of 119 active listings over this time last week and a decrease of 134 listings under contract.

In May, 675 properties were sold. That's an increase of 17 properties over April.

In April, 658 properties were sold. That's a decrease of 143 properties over March.
