Part of what has been keeping me away from AR is new project I've been working on for Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC. It is taking a lot of my time, days and evenings, but it is coming along so nicely and it is expected to increase our lead generation by 20%. It will exciting if we get those figures and all my REALTORS will be happy as well. So it is back to the grind for me so I can get this project done by the time I leave for Hawaii.

I was simply acknowledging, for my partner's sake, who you were. He watches the rankins a whole lot more than I do. Introduction as in "This is Toby, the guy on top of me" LOL

what is brewing up my sleeve is anything that pertains to AR but i have been contemplating a way to retain the current position. this new project has me so excited that it is hard not to share but all in do time. You have been marching up the ranks on AR very quickly ARDELL and it is quite a feat to obtain as many points and as you. The way i see it, it is goign to be a challenge for anyone to put in enough effort, in the short-term, to pass any of us :)
