Sue Colburnis the Branch Manager of the Peckville branch located on Main Street in Peckville, Pa. Sue is a very community minded person and takes a personal interest in all the patrons of her branch. Sue always has time to handle our questions personally and professionally. Both my sister and I have our personal accounts and business accounts with The Fidelity. We have been totally pleased with our Fidelity experience. We would not consider using another bank. My sister Bonnie had a bank card with Bank of America. She notified them she was traveling overseas. The first country she used her card in - Bank of America suspended her card. We were both getting ready to travel to Ireland and were petrified we might experience a similar problem. Sue took care of the notifications so we would not have any interruptions. I must admit the second time we used our Fidelity card we held our breathe, but true to her word Sue had taken care of us. We shopped till we dropped in Ireland and never had a single delay or glitch with our Fidelity Debit Card.
