A graduate of Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa Dr. Barry originally opened her Carson Valley Practice in October 1989 and operated for 10 successful years until a brief illness forced her into temporary retirement.
Dr. Barry reopened her practice in June of 2006 and there's been no looking back since then! 
I personally first met Dr. Barry in the fall of 2007 on the recommendation of a mutual friend and customer. At the time I was suffering from chronic neck and back pain, the result of a car accident and ... to be truthful ... years of neglect!
Initially I was impressed with her caring and compassionate demeanor. I felt from the very beginning of our relationship that she was genuinely interested in my wellbeing and worked to really understand how and why I was in pain.
I quickly came to understand that she's an excellent Chiropractic Doctor ... but ... that's just the beginning. Dr. Susan M. Barry has an innate sense and feeling that allows her to sincerely empathize with her patients.
She seems to 
understand intuitively about her patient's chiropractic needs ... she genuinely wants to help each patient to reach their highest level of recovery.
At every appointment I always feel that I'm the primary focus and that she is giving me her complete attention. No matter what I need or how long it takes ... she has always made me feel like I'm her most important patient .
I absolutely recommend her and wholehearted suggest you give her a try!
