What percentage is the market down in volume and price since the same quarter last year?

Michael,

I am not certain that Lino Lakes specifically is down in volume/price since the same quarter last year. I believe I saw numbers for Anoka County as a whole being down about 2-4% Jan 06- Jan 07. Northern Anoka County was down as much as 12% while areas of Blaine were actually up 1-2%. Since Lino is near Blaine, I believe the market was flat last year.

Since 2000, the average sale prices in Anoka County are still up 60%.
