With the $8,000 tax credit deadline approaching (must close on home by Dec 1, 2009)  it's time to get started finding the right home.  The first step is contacting a Buyer's Agent  who will discuss your real estate needs.  Also, you can expect your Buyer's Agent to provide a list of local lenders for you to contact in order to get pre-approved for a home mortgage.

Tim - I can't believe how fast the first time home buyer deadline is coming up. It will be here before we know it.

Robert,  Even though the deadline will be here sooner that we hope, we most likely will see another Gov't stimulus program that will benefit home buyers before the first of the year.
