Time is running out for your 2009 First time Home Buyer Tax Credit

November 30, 2009 is the last day to close on your new home in order to qualify for the tax break offered by our Federal government. If you want to take advantage and you're a first time home buyer call TODAY.

Here's to hoping that they pass the new bill that might extend the program!

Well, November sure is going to be a busy time at the title company! Do you think Thanksgiving just might get in the way too!!!!
