Teresa, great information from you as always. I am wondering how the government will solve the buyers who are in a short sale and the deal would close a few days after the deadline?

Hi Endre - that will be interesting to see if the government will offer any grace or "exceptions" to buyers involved in short sale transactions that go loooonger than anticipated. We'll find out soon how that plays out - Great question! thanks.
