It is hard to believe that it has been eight years since the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and the attempt on the White House that ended in that field in Pennsylvania. It is with deep sympathy for those who lost friends and relatives and with renewed resolve to be a strong nation that we honor this day. The suffering that began that day continue as many first responders and those who were on site for search and recovery deal with illnesses that they suffer as a result of the toxic wasteland they toiled in. Our servicemen and women continue to fight and die for our freedom in lands far away. We must never forget.

Helping you live your American dream...
I hope we all remember. If possible display the American Flad at your home or business today to show support. Thanks for the comment Michael
Paddy, I shall never forget that very very sad day in our country's history!
Paddy - It's wonderful to see so many tributes and rememberance ceremonies happening in your area!
We lost a lot of people here Leesa. We have a large population of NYC's finest both police and firefighters living here not to mention those who commuted to work in the Trade Center from here.
We can never forget Sally or they will have won.
Paddy, They had several other tributes nearby in my areas too for today. I think it's a good idea so people can go where they choose. It's definitely a difficult day for everyone.
I have to tell you I love your new photo!
