I have asked my agents to be ready for the next 2 months. The first time buyer incentive is ending november 30th. We believe that we will see an unusual amount of traffic for this period of time.
Be up earlier, call back sooner, be the best choice for the family and most of all be ready. You have to love when national incentives are ending. Know one is calling the pitch deceptive or is quesitoning your compelling call to action.
It is time to reap the rewards of being a realtor. So reap it.
