Convent Glen is a great place to be owning a home. Close to everything this neighbourhood offers so much to the home owners. From bike paths, to shopping to having the river close by and so much more.
There are currently not many homes for sale in the area and in my opinion this low turn around is due to the fact that people enjoy their homes and the location and they are not ready to be moving out so quickly.
