We are looking to relocate, but rent initially so we can get familiar with the area first. We would like to find a 4-5 bedroom home, with a open feel, and good lighting. We have children, so safety and space to play is big on our list. A house with an extra den, family room, or bonus room would be helpful. We'd like to be able to have guest stay and have a work space. Price range we are looking at $1200--around $1600/month. We have found a lot of houses in this range, but feel our accessibility to what is all available is limited. If you know of any websites that are goo resources we will take that information as well!

Anything you can share with us about Huntersville would be wonderful. We are interested in this town because it has low crime, is community and family oriented. It is well manicured too.
