Yes, this is a call for more listings, I am having such a wonderful helping people get out from under the bus with their homes being priced above their value and being able to move on, of course there are no guarantees, but it's worth a try. Short sale listings are finally starting to really take off. The amount of foreclosures on the market are limited. The first time home buyer's $8k tax credit is still in affect and people truly are buying and selling
A short sale works a lot like a regular re-sale of your property but you as the seller are not responsible to pay for any commissions or closing costs.
Sometimes there is a chance that you could have a monetary deficiency against you but every short sale situation is different.
