Judy Peterson’s 15 Must Have iPhone Apps For Real Estate

Judy's iPhone Real Estate AppsSo here I am now 4 months into in-tech love with my iPhone. I keep rewriting this post about how wonderful the iPhone is for Real Estate Agents. And the reason for the constant editing is that it seems that every day I find another great App that comes onto the market that’s helpful to Realtors® in the daily practice of real estate.

See Main Line Pa Today for more iPhone Apps for real estate and for how to do an iPhone screen capture:

Judy - My girlfriend (Jennifer) has one and absolutely loves it.  I've tried using it but it is kind of like shooting pool with a rope.  In some areas, I'm still behind the times:)

Hi Jason!

It's a great little computer much more than it's a phone so I imagine it could be helpful to many for different reasons. Thanks for visiting!

That's a great list. Most of these apps I already have and can vouch for them being very useful. Thanks for sharing this with the group!

Hi Marcia! Isn't the iPhone great for real estate? Makes our professional lives so much easier and FUN.Thanks for visiting! And at 3am. I'm honored.

Hi Steven! - Fortunately, my AT&T coverage is very good here. I'm sure it's an aggravation when coverage isn't the best. But then you have that gorgeous fish you caught and you live in Colorado...life is good :-)

It makes you wonder how you survived before the iphone. I almost forget what it was like to always need to be near a computer and tied to a landline. I have found freedom with some of these and other apps. I never get lost or miss a call, can find anything at anytime, anywhere I go.

Thanks for the post, Judy.

Hi Joe! Thanks for visiting. I feel the same way. Of course I love the inventiveness of technology and figuring out how to make it useful in my professional and personal life. But it's also just plain fun.

Hi Christine and Jennifer! Oh no. I'm so sorry you didn't find my post before making a decision. In this case I can fully understand how you feel. There are so many more useful Apps for Real Estate and the iPhone. Maybe a friend or family member would like a nice gift for the holidays? Sometimes a U turn just makes good business sense. Let me know what you decide. Best wishes for your success!
