The formation of H.O.P.E. Lending LLC came through sincerity and belief that every individual should have a home of their own, a financial investment earning equity to provide savings used towards your goals and the dream of financial freedom. I believe what prevents most people from achieving their goals are fear and procrastination. This simply equates to a lack of understanding in how to reach your goals. If you fear the maintenance involved and costs associated, then you will find some assurance in knowing that you pay a Licensed Inspector to conduct a home inspection prior to your purchase that identifies any potential problems and creates opportunity for repairs to be made.
