Susan: I had never seen any until I moved to Manning 14 years ago. When driving by the fields, it looks like a fresh coat of snow at first; then your mind reminds you that it is 90 degrees with 95 percent humidity.

Thanks for the comment, Liz. I was raised on a small farm also (in Anderson.) We didn't raise cotton, but I sure do miss that place sometimes.
