WOW!  I have never seen my business have so many clients all at once that want to move to Raleigh....that is not the unusual part.  The unusual part is that they are nearly ALL waiting on a home to sell somewhere else!  I am currently juggling 11 clients.  Eight of which fall into this category!  Selling homes in other markets (not mentioning any in particular) seems to have slown down and is begininng to effect my business here in Raleigh!

We are very fortunate to be in a market that continues to grow.  I feel for those locations that are struggling.  We wish you the best and a speedy real estate recovery!
