Everyone is advertising as a SEO (Search Engine Optimizing Company) ... you can do better and you can stay there.
Often you get a good ranking due to black magic...but when you stop paying you vanish as though you had never been on the net.
Your goal is to get your website to be on the first page of a search from such places as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

The keywords in the real estate market are truly few. You want to use those keywords but you're not going to get a page 1 listing without a lot of work or using a method such as I did recently to get a friend a page 1 listing who doesn't even have a website.

I got the opportunity yesterday to make 4 quotes! I am a page one, listing 1 or 3 on my keywords which are no more than one or two words not something like "$540,000 tri-level hillside san diego home"
Not surprisingly I can get you a page 1, line 1 listing because the search at the moment with google would bring you the following:
Your search - "$540,000 tri-level hillside home San Diego" - did not match any documents.
I'm SELLING NOTHING. When we give we get more than we gave!
