President Obama just signed a bill extending the First Time Homeowner Tax Credit and allows tax credits for certain existing homeowners.

Hi Greg....Good News for everyone, seems like even existing home Buyers(who lived in their current home min 5 years) will be eligible for a home buyers Tax Credit.
