. . . you remodel it down to the studs! That's what the investors did to this great house in Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood. They added beautiful hardwood floors everywhere, granite counters, new windows, custom cabinetry, and porches. And to top it off, literally, they added a beautiful suite upstairs with hardwoods, full bath, glass block shower and sitting areas.
It was a fun project for Triangle Staging and Design and it looked ready for entertaining when we left. I guess that was one of the reasons the new buyer fell in love with it.
