Litchfield beach foreclosures are not nearly as common as you may think. The area didn't experience a huge increase in values a few years ago like the rest of Myrtle Beach. So when foreclosures in Myrtle Beach has exploded, foreclosures in Litchfield Beach have remained fairly close to being flat.
The area has experienced a few short sales even though price have not fallen very much.
