Jake Wakeman, a St Louis Post reporter, was charged with interfering with a police officer during the incident.
The demonstration occurred outside of Sen Carnahan's townhall last August where Ken Gladney was beaten by SEIU individuals.
The St Louis Tea Party held a peaceable protest only to be interrupted by organized thugs, including a reporter.
The Post Dispatch editor, Arnie Robbins, said, "Jake was covering a newsworthy incident. He was not in the way or interfering with the police. His press credentials were fully displayed. The charge is unfounded and will be challenged in court."
Obama's army struck again, this time with physical assistance from the news media.
