When each of these toys came out on the market, they were thought to be the dumbest things out. They wouldn't catch on. No one would buy them. After all, who wants to try to make a plastic circle go around their waist? Who wants a pet that can't play with you? And all those colored squares? Forget about it!
Over 5 million pet rocks sold for $3.95 in six months.
Because of the Rubik's Cube, the Hungarian inventor became the first self-made millionaire from his country.
So think about it. These people had what they considered a great idea that no one else thought was at first. As a result of their perseverence and determination, they made it big.
As real estate professionals in a challenging market, what we need right now is perseverence and determination. We need to set goals and stick to them. We need to decide what we are going to do and take the steps to accomplish those goals.
