Moral - Office Problems

By
Real Estate Agent

In recent weeks, my Coldwell Office has been having alot of problems. If its not agents talking about each other, they are having verbal fights. It makes me happy that I gave up my office a couple years ago since I opted to have a home office. I noticed that our office moral has been down so Ive been planning these office outtings to get people to work better with each other and appreciated the "ohana" that we should have.

Do you guys have this type of problem in your offices?

I have been out of the office for six plus years. I don't have to hear the negative people walking around trying to bring everyone down

Hi Scott, these types of problems in offices are very common. I have been out of the office for a long time now but as I remember it, it seems that when things are going well at the office, a (Good Strong Market), things are much better. But when we are in a slowing market and properties just aren’t moving, as we want them to, people start becoming a little more sensitive and emotional.Best of luck,

Dennis

There is drama in every office, but I don't like working exclusively from home. There can be great value in being in the office, and developing good working relationships with your other agents.

Nothing beats a home office. No drama, no dress code and you can answer your phone in your slippers!

Hehe Scott, you can just make the move.  No drama here!!!!  LOL!  Plus we have a huge Pearlridge office in the works that will be close to home for you.  Just a thought.

See you around.

PS.  You going to the Halloween Gala CRS thing?
