This chart makes for a very easy breakdown of the 2009-2010 Home Buyer Tax Credit! Not enough people realize they can sell their current home and buy a new home. You DO NOT have to be a 1st time home buyer.
I hope most REALTORS know that, but the reality I'm seeing is that most home owners do not know!!
