Depending on your circumstances, whether you are waiting for the very best time to sell or if you are waiting for the best time to buy, you would be armed with the information that would allow you to make the very best decision. Find out what is going on in your area, for instance, here in Okanogan County you would find things have slowed during the winter months, as they always do... but you would also find that there are buyers out there... looking for good deals. There are also sellers, ready, willing and able to make deals. You would also find that many people are now finding ways to deal with each other, without the help of your Giant lenders, who seem a little tight fisted, to say the least. This is good... it's good for our local economy... it's good for you and it's good for me.
