Update on BofA short sale-going good

Yesterday I posted info on the HAMP program and how it was being applied to a current short sale negotiation in which I am involved.  Last Friday, we were assigned to phase 1 negotiator and tonight I was called by the phase 1 negotiator informing me that we were moving to phase 2.  I think this is awesome progress compared to a prior experience I had and what I had heard of from other brokers.  Just wanted to share that I think things might be getting better in terms of timeliness. On 12/19, we submitted offer to bank and three weeks later (remember we had holidays during this period), our information is certified as complete, appraisal is done, and we are moving to phase 2 which I think is the final phase!
