Hi Ray! I see your average days are market are going down. What is your absorption rate for Aurora. Ours here in Sun City Grand Arizona has gone down quite a bit, making many of us believe we are nearing the bottom of the market... at least in Sun City Grand. The Phoenix market in general still has a long ways to go.
