By
Real Estate Agent with JUZ Realty

persistence , perseverance , never to give up all those are descriptions of the actions we all admire . There is definitely bad connotation to words give up and failure . But in all wisdom when is the right time to say enough ? When after you press the seller into price reduction you say enough? when you tell buyer that theyhave to buy or else ? When you say enough to yourself and leave business altogether?Need your advise on this pronto since there are few loose ends I'm trying to tied up. Thank you all

Always remember, that it is ok to fire your clients.  You have to evaluate the sellers motivation to sell prior to taking the listing.  Always avoid those listings where the seller is not motivated to sell, it will help you keep your sanity in the end.

Hi Mack,  If you are considering leaving the business you should speak with your broker about any listings or pending deals you have.  Always be completely honest with all concerned and burn no bridges !  I wish you well !
