Of all the Ottawa Real Estate Questions I often get asked, the matter of TIMING always comes up.Right now is excellent TIMING to buy a 3 bedroom home in Ottawa, or , for that matter, a bigger home in Ottawa.The interest rates are low and are expected to only possibly increase by 0,25% in April and then again 0,25% in September 2010,if at all,(there may be no increase until 2011) making this an excellent time TO BUY.Its never really a bad time to buy a 3 bedroom home in Ottawa, as the market ,being a government city, has been stable for about 50 years and has a steady, constant growth of between 4-7% annual escalation.
Just make sure you have an excellent Realtor to help you make the best decisions when the TIME IS RIGHT FOR YOU.Preferably you need the best Realtor North of the Equator (or South Actually)...........or at least one who cares about you, and will not let you down or disappoint you.
