Homes for Sale in the Reservation in Richardson, TX do not last on the market for very long.  This highly sought after neighborhood is in a fantastic location, located between Coit and Waterview (East to West), and between Melrose and Arapaho (North to South). The streets are draped with mature trees, and the streets wind with character.

Many of The Reservation homes are custom-built, contructed in the 1960's; some of the homes have circular drives in the front, and they all have rear or side-entry garages.  The Reservation has a voluntary homeowner's association, of which many homeowners are involved.  The pride of ownership shows! 

The University of Texas at Dallas is located about a mile away from The Reservation homes, and the community has easy access to major freeways (and tollways), including:  The Dallas North Tollway to the West, George Bush Turnpike (190) to the North, I-635 to the South, and Central Expressway (75) to the East.  The new Texas Instruments campus is just a few miles away, and The Telecom corridor is a short commute.

Schools

The Reservation homes are within Richardson Independent School District.  Mohawk Elementary School is within walking distance. Mohawk Elementary has an Exemplary rating, has a "small school feel", and parents are very involved, according to Greatschools.net

JJ Pearce High School is located at the far North end of The Reservation, just a short walk home! JJ Pearce is also rated Exemplary.

Nearby restaurants include: Le Madeleine, Mi Cocina, and Rockfish, Chili's, Cindy's (breakfast & lunch) and many other local restaurants.

Mimosa Park is located in The Reservation, on Mimosa Lane.  The park has a public restroom, picnic tables, a tennis court, 2 soccer fields, and a playground that many homeowners walk their kids to. A creek resides towards the back of the park. The pictures below are taken in the dead of winter, but in the Spring the park is lush and green!
