Listing agents - why do you only put one picture in the MLS for your listings?  Don't you know my buyers tell me that they skip over houses that don't have pics?  Seems even foreclosed properties deserve pics if you want to sell them...

Would love to see more pics in your listings!  How can I suggest we go see a house that doesn't have any pics for my buyer?

Lori you are so right. Some of my agents say why didnt I get this listing I do toours and tons of photos. You are right we skip over the no photo ones

REO agents are the worst at this.  I just can't understand why some of their listings are lucky to get one picture!

Makes me nuts!  Maybe the home is in bad condition, but, don't listing agents know 1) it SHOULD BE CLEANED UP PRIOR TO LIST  2) we are going to find out when we get there then get mad at them trying to be sneaky and wasting our time?  Doesn't help us write offers just by getting us in the door... FULL DISCLOSURE is much more professional!

I try REALLY HARD to represent my clients well.  Shame lots of others don't!  I'm stepping off my soapbox now.  :)

I would totally agree.  It bothers me when I see pictures of only the 4 sides of the house and no interior.  Our MLS will take 25 on each listing, lets show at least 10???
