Hendersonville NC Dana Hill Retirement Living - An Affordable Option and Lifestyle

I would like to ask you a few questions referring to the Dana hill retirement center.

Are most of these doublewides easy to heat and cool? What is the average power bill there?

Also ,how come the dues are different?

Thanks for contacting us re Dana Hill.  My husband and I have lived in Dana Hill since 1994 and I handle the listings for Robin in here.  The homes are either heated and cooled with a heat pump or natural gas and electric air (original purchasers choice.)

We have a client whose home is heated with natural gas and electric AC.  She utiizes the utility companies equal payment plans and gas is $61.00 per month and electric $52.55.

Another client has heat pump and her equal payment plan for electricity is $78.00 per month.

For the natural gas users the bills also depend on whether or not the water heater is gas or electric and the same for the stove/oven.  Also, folks have different ideas on what is comfortable for them temperature rise.

The regular lot fee is $295 per month and includes city water, community septic, trash pickup, mowing, road maintenance and full use of Clubhouse/Pool/Shuffle Board courts for residents.  Homes that have been placed long ways and taking up another lot are $10 more per month as are corner lots.
