Here is a chart showing Gravenhurst Muskoka Real estate sales for February 2008, 2009, 2010.
You will notice that for the month of February, there has been a steady decline in Gravenhurst Muskoka Residential Real estate sales. Gravenhurst recreational sales have remained consistant, and a decline in Gravenhurst vacant lot sales since 2008. Gravenhurst Condo Real estate sales have bounced back since 2008.
How interesting Sasha. Here in the Collingwood- Blue Mountain area, we too have seen a sharp uptick in condo sales this year. I wonder why that is happening all of a sudden.
Marg - would be interesting to know the majority age group, as this may play a part in it. I do think though that we are stearing towards the convinience factors of condo living, and there seem to be alot more new condo developments now.
