Hello kids,
Yesterday I showed homes with one of my clients and it was great! I was tuckered out by the time I got home. We looked at about 10 homes. Some were planned, some not but all in all it was great! Oh, and it didn't rain! So here's my short blog and question of the day. Whoever has the highest REAL number wins.
How many homes have you shown in a single day? Be honest. The winner gets a cup of coffee and a 5 hour energy shot.
Beat this: I've shown 15 in a day, about 40 total, when I first started real estate and the guy bought from someone else because I didn't have him sign a buyer broker agreement. Live and learn!
Oh, and please pull over if you're getting tired!
