By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Keystone Realty RS294813

If you aren't familiar with the First Friday in Gettysburg, PA please take a look at a blog I wrote about my first, Just JenniferFirst Friday experience

First Friday in Gettysburg, PA

As noted in the title Just Jennifer will be having a sale with 30% off of all spring items.  So go have a glass of wine some light refreshments and go see Jen and make a few pre-spring purchases.

For more information call Jen Terry at 717-338-9099

First Friday is a ton of a fun.  Most of the shops (20 or so) will have wine, cheese or some sort of snack and usually some associated sales.  It's a great time to window shop or just meet up with some friends.  Obviously the businesses appreciate it if you go with the intent to buy, but sometimes seeing what these shops have available will provide business down the road.

A lot of these shops are the hidden treasures of Gettysburg, PA.

This looks like a lot of fun David, we have something similar here for our art galleries every first Thursday.

I am sure many store owners have felt the pinch in business thanks to the snow. Drinking wine while shopping is a great way to get people to part with their money!

Christine - It's a great event.

Ellie - You have to watch the wine because you end up in the situation where you're ready to go the next store but have a full glass.  Down the hatch it goes and before you know it you've had quite a bit.  It does bring on some impulse buying that is for sure.
