Does a buyer really want a bigger ROOM? ABSOLUTELY! As a seller can you really make the rooms bigger? Not unless you invest in that if your able to! So the question really is... How can I rearrange the FURNITURE that is in this room to make it so the room FEELS BIGGER!
For Example: Moving the sofa from one wall to another or in the middle of the room can often help or covering it with a different color.
It depends on the size, shape, and color of the room itself. If the room is small then and in most cases you will need to DE-CLUTTER everything!
Also be sure to pay attention to personal pictures in your home as you will need to remove those items from your home.
