I pride myself on the completeness of my short sale package, but think I owe this one to the decision by B of A to streamline / automate the process through Equator. Unlike the typical timeline of 90-120+ days, we manged to get a response to the offer in 43 days, and to a written approval for less money in under 60 days on my short sale in Columbia View, Washougal, WA! On top of that, we even had to resubmit the offer mid-way through the process because of a glitch on the Equator system during the transition.... so we lost some time there.

All in all, it turned out well...both parties are very happy, and buyer will get closed in time for the tax credit. Looking forward to my next opportunity to process a short sale through Equator!
