A percentage of my business comes from leads obtained from duty desk. I consider myself pretty good at converting duty desk leads. But there are a lot of calls that I cant convert. Is there any tricks out there that I don't know about. I pride myself on Not being a pushy salesman. I usually try to stick to being helpful with information and offering to follow up with more information later. This works a lot of the time, but am I missing out on more? Help me if you can.
