This Is REALLY Cool, Check Out Zillow's New Android App

Once we saw how popular the Zillow iPhone app was (about a million downloads since its launch), we knew a Zillow Android app was in the near future, and today it is here! 

Watch the video for a quick demonstration, it is REALLY cool.  On this app, you can even do voice searches.  And like the Zillow iPhone app, the platform is built with GPS technology, allowing the information to display with you as you walk or drive around neighborhoods.  Finally, because it is a Google based system, the Android platform really allowed for some great use of Google's Street View mapping system.

Tip:  If your listings are on Zillow, then they are on both the Zillow iPhone and Android apps, so be sure to include this information in your listing presentations.  "List with me and I'll get your home on the most popular real estate mobile applications..."  Here is a link to a listing presentation piece to communicate this mobile strategy.
