Is it just me or have you noticed that there is a higher percentage of buyers on the public payroll then the private.
I have been seeing the number / percentages of buyers growing who have government jobs as opposed to private sector jobs.
The last several were; 1) County Marshall (gov.)/ stay at home spouse . 2) Truck drive spouse nurse. (private) 3) Prison guard (gov.)/ spouse school guard(gov.) and so on. It is seeming like 60% of the buyer business I am handling is government employees from township to federal.
Have you been seeing an increase in buyers being government paid employees? Is this something we should be concerned about?
