Staging Before & After -"Weight of furniture"

Home Stager with Capital Home Staging & Design

Living room after

Here is once again another vacant staging done by Capital Home Staging & Design. Scale is a definite factor when it comes to home staging. As you can see in the previous photo the furniture and accessories were way too small and with the lack of art work it had no focal point to create interest in the room.

We removed all of the small furniture pieces and added more appropriate sized furniture. Sectional, 2 armless chairs, larger rug, massive art, small art between the windows, ottoman, and lots of accessories in the built in book shelf across from the sectional. This created a nice warm feeling and made this space have an actual focal point creating interest drawing buyers into this space.

This home is a large 5 bedroom home in Vars and it is absolutely beautiful, the person whom choses to buy this home is one lucky home owner.

We love to stage vacant houses, creating a feeling in each room and letting the spaces work together naturally (with our help of course)

We are your staging experts in Ottawa.

Great before and after. Staging is not just bring furniture into the house. You need the right kind of furniture as well. Thanks for sharing.

Kristy,

What a difference. Makes the room look more dramatic and cozy.  Great work staging!

Wow, the difference is huge!  The second setup, you can clearly feel the real possibility of being comfortable in that room; relaxing with a book, sitting with family, etc.

Definitely cozier feel to the room. Makes you want to sit right down and put your feet up. Hope this sells quickly for you.

In the before the strong wall colour was overpowering the furniture. You made the room come together.
