On July 6th, 2007 I received a phone call from someone I'd never met before who found me via Active Rain. 

As we talked for several minutes, she told me how her daughter was in need of a realtor in Medford Oregon and how she liked what she had seen about me online.  She asked me several questions about the current conditions of the local market which I politely informed her that the average days on market in Jackson County Oregon is over 90 days currently, and how Re/Max sells more than any other real estate brokerage in Jackson County. 

After building a rapport over the phone, she decided to pass along her daughters info so that I could see if I might help her with her double wide manufactured home.  After visiting on the phone and scheduling a time to meet at the property she decided to go ahead and finish some cosmetic touches to the home and then put it on the market. 

On July 23rd, 2007 she informed me that it was ready.  We put all of our marketing ducks in a row to get it listed and it hit the market on July 24th, 2007.  Within just a couple hours I received a phone from another agent who informed me that he would be seeing the home within 24 hours.  Well, true to his word, July 25th, 2007, he called to inform me that an offer was on its way!
